During this hour wait I gave my daughter a shower & got her ready for bed. We then downloaded a thermostat app on our phones to check the room temperature & it reported to be 83 degrees in our room. We gave it about an hour & the room was still hot. They set it how they saw fit & left the room. They said we had it set to 'Auto' & had to be set to 'High' in order to work. I called the front desk & a lady & gentleman came up to look at the AC. We turned the AC on 60 degrees, freshened up, let our daughter change into her softball uniform (we were in town for her tournaments), & left for her game. When we entered our room, the AC was not on.
